摘  要:对嘉菊总黄酮的醇提工艺条件及参数进行优化。采用单因素以及正交设计,以嘉菊总黄酮的得率为考察指标,考察了提取时间,溶剂用量,溶剂浓度,提取次数对提取率的影响。结果表明其最佳醇提工艺:20倍60%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次3 h。为进一步的工艺开发有较好的参考价值。The extraction technology of total flavones of Jia-Xiang Chrysanthemum using ethanol was optimized. The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experiments, while total flavones were adopted as indexes, the effect of extracting time, dosage of solvent, the concentration of extract solvent and times of extraction to total flavones were studied. The best extraction technology was that 20-fold and 60% ethanol, 3 times and 3 h each. This technology can be used in extracting total flavones of Jia-Xiang Chrysanthemum, and also is practical and worthy of a trial in pharmaceutical production.
