摘  要:脂质体是药物传递系统的一种,脂质体又叫生物导弹、人工细胞,具有靶向性、缓释性、组织相容性等优点,在药物传递系统中有着显著的优势,新型脂质体的出现使脂质体技术得到空前发展。本文介绍了脂质体的定义与分类,作用特点和国内外脂质体产品的开发。探讨了新型脂质体在药物传递过程中的应用。Liposome is one type of Durg Delivery System(DDS), it is known as biological missile,man-made cell, it has some advantages such as target distribution,sustained release property and histocompatibility, which has remarkable strongpoint in DDS. New liposome improves liposome technology. Definition and class, effect characteristic of liposome was introduced, products of liposome were developed in domestic and overseas company. The application of new liposome in DDS was explored.
