摘　　要：介绍重庆工学院为提高学生的创新精神,培养高素质创新型人才,不断探索研究工程训练教学改革与创新的一些新举措,提出人才和师资是工程训练中心不断发展的基础,稳步推进教学内容的改革是不断提高教学质量的动力,实施开放式教学与管理更有利于培养学生的实践能力和创新意识.This paper introduces some new measures of Chongqing Institute of Technology aimed to improve students＇ innovation spirit, to cultivate high-quality innovative talents, and to explore the reform and innovation of engineering training. It is proposed that talents and faculty are the base for continuous development of engineering training center, steady implementation of teaching content reform is the motive for the improvement of teaching quality, and the implementation of open teaching and management is beneficial to the cultivation of students＇ practice abilities and innovative awareness.
