血小板反应素-1对淋巴管内皮细胞生成的影响

摘　　要：目的寻找一种安全、有效、实用的淋巴管生成抑制剂。方法取健康猪的胸导管内皮细胞进行培养,通过划线刮除法和MTT法来判定血小板反应素-1(thrombospondin-1,TSP-1)对细胞是否有抑制作用。结果应用划线刮除法,对对照组与实验组的细胞数及细胞游走距离进行统计学分析,两者P值﹤0.01;采用MTT法,对对照组与实验组吸光光度值进行统计学分析相比较,P﹤0.01。结论TSP-1对淋巴管内皮细胞的增殖和游走有明显的抑制作用,且有剂量依赖性。Objective Looking for an effective and practical inhibitor of lymphangiogenesis. Methods Lymphatic endothelial cells of healthy porcine thoracic duct were cultured, Craped line and MTT methods were used to evaluate the effects of thrombospondin-1 on lymphangiogenesis, Results The differences of the number and peripatetic distance of the cells were compared between the thrombospondin-1 experimental groups and the control groups by scraped llne method （P〈0.01）, The result of the MTT method also showed significant difference between these two groups （P〈0.01）, Conclusion thrombospondin-1 could evidently inhibit the migration and proliferation of lymphatic endothelial cells and such effects were dose-dependent.
