摘  要:目的观察三七总甙(PNS)对实验性高脂血症大鼠脾的脂质沉积干预。方法30只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、高脂组、PNS组。空白对照组不予任何处理;高脂组与PNS组则每天以脂肪乳剂灌胃,PNS组另加以每日PNS溶液200mg·kg-1·d-1灌胃。20周后处死动物取脾脏对比观察。结果正常组大鼠脾表面色泽暗红,镜下组织未见脂肪细胞;模型组大鼠脾表面色淡黄,镜下见被膜下大量脂肪细胞聚集成团;PNS组脾被膜下脂肪细胞则明显减少。结论三七总甙可减少脂肪细胞在高脂血症模型大鼠脾的沉积,从而减轻对机体最大免疫器官的损害。Objective To observe the intervention of panax notoginsng (PNS) on lipid deposit of spleen in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Methods 30 rats were divided into three groups randomly: blank control group, hyperlipidemia group, PNS group. The blank control group were treated with nothing; hyperlipidemia group and PNS group were treated with gastric perfusion of intralipid ever/day; PNS group also treated by gastric perfusion with PNS (200 mg·kg^-1·d^-1). After 20 weeks, all the mice were sacrificed, and thecr spleens were observed. Results The spleen of mice in blank control group were dark red, and under light microscope, no adipose cell was found; while the spleen of mice in hyperlipidemia group were yellow, a large amount of adipose cells were presented under tegument in spleen tissue; and the amount of adipose cell in the PNS group was significantly lower than those of the hyperlipidemia group. Conclusion PNS can reduce adipose cells deposit of spleen of experimental hyperlipidemia in rats, and lessen the harm of the largest immune organ in human body.
