摘 要:现阶段人们对把房地产业作为支柱产业发展争议颇多,政府也不再公开肯定房地产业的支柱产业地位。且由于我国房地产统计制度不完善等原因而导致房地产业对国民经济的贡献被严重低估,以至于我们必须重新审视房地产业支柱产业的地位。现阶段我国房地产业事实上仍是带有支柱产业性质的产业。Nowadays, controversies have increasingly appeared around real estate development as the pillar industry in China today so that the government does not publicly affirm its pillar position any longer. However, the contribution of real estate business to the national economy has been seriously understated due to reasons like imperfect statistic systems in real estate industry. It is thus urgent to reevaluate the pillar position of real estate industry. For the moment, real estate development in China is still a business with characteristics of a pillar industry.
