摘　　要：外籍教师作为一种外语学习资源,在四个方面发挥了重要作用,也存在三个方面的局限性。文章在对此进行分析的基础上,论述了对外教资源进行整合的意义和模式。The author aims to reveal the limitations in three aspects and the roles in four areas played by foreign English teachers as teaching resources, thus emphasizing the strategies and values to integrate the resources reasonably into college English instruction.
