摘 要:为了研究苯丙烯酸对水华鱼腥藻生长的影响及对鲤鱼的毒性作用,将不同浓度的苯丙烯酸作用于水华鱼腥藻,并以其最佳抑藻浓度进行鲤鱼毒性实验。结果表明,一定浓度的苯丙烯酸能有效抑制水华鱼腥藻的生长。以抑藻作用最佳浓度(0.9mmol/L)的苯丙烯酸作用于鲤鱼,发现其对鲤鱼血清中的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(γ-GT)的活性没有明显影响;对肝脏、鳃和肌肉中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的活性也没有明显影响。这说明该浓度下的苯丙烯酸对鲤鱼基本无毒性作用,在水华治理方面有一定的应用前景。The paper intends to present our study results of the allelopathic effect of cinnamic acid on Anabena flos-aquae along with our investigation of the toxics to Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus. In doing so, we have adopted cinnamic acid in different concentrations to inhibit the growth of Anabena flos-aquae, then used cinnamic acid at the strongest antialgal concentration to carry out the toxicological experiments on the above said fish. The activities of serum ALT, AST, ALP and γ-GT and SOD activity and MDA content of liver, gill and muscle were determined. As cinnamic acid can promote the algal growth at low density but inhibit it at high, we have chosen 0.9 mmol/L as the concentration of cinnamic acid for use with the strongest antialgal ability in this experiment. The results of our experiments show that cinnamic acid at certain concentration can inhibit the growth of algae. In addition, the activities of serum ALT, AST, ALP and γ-GT prove to be able to keep unchanged along with the SOD activity and MDA content of liver, gill and muscle. As a result, cinnamic acid proves not to have obvious toxic effect on Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus. Therefore, all the results of our experiments indicate that cinnamic acid is feasible in some practical prospects in controlling water bloom.
