摘 要:采用离子交换法制备了负载在4A分子筛上的银催化剂主体,在此基础上考察了磷、锌、钾、铜、钡、锆等助催化剂及反应条件对丙二醇选择性氧化制备丙酮醛催化剂性能的影响.结果显示,Ag-P/4A分子筛催化剂具有较好的活性和选择性,当反应温度为300℃、空速为6000 h-1、n(O2)∶n(丙二醇)=1.7∶1.0、w(丙二醇)=70%时,丙二醇的转化率为90.4%,丙酮醛的选择性为44.6%.The silver based catalysts with 4A molecular sieve as carrier modified by addition of auxiliary catalysts were prepared by ion-exchange method. The effects of auxiliary catalysts, such as P, Zn, K, Cu, Ba and Zr, and reaction conditions on the catalytic performance for selective oxidation of 1, 2-propylene glycol to methylglyoxal were studied. Results showed that Ag-P/4A molecular sieve has good catalytic performance. At 300 ℃, the space velocity being 6 000 h 1, with the substance ratio of oxygen to 1,2-propylene glycol being 1.7 : 1.0, and the mass fraction of 1,2-propylene glycol being 70 %, the conversion of 1,2-propylene glycol was 90.4 % and the selectivity of methylglyoxal was 44.6 % on the Ag-P catalyst.
