摘　　要：根据玉龙雪山风景名胜区发展规划,景区内的游客中心需要重新选址建设,利用SWOT分析方法,对甘海子游客接待中心、老收费站、老机场和旅游文化学院周边四处选址地点,分别从区域交通格局、旅游发展格局、景观生态格局和潜在开发格局四个角度进行分析,最终得出选址结论。Based on the development plan in Yulong snow mountain scenic spot, the location and the construction of the tourlst center in the scenic spot need to be restarted. The paper analyzes the location of the tourist reception center in Ganhaizi, the old toll station, the old airport and the tourism and culture college from the angle of the regional traffic pattern, the tourism development pattern, the landscape ecology pattern and the potential development pattern by using SWOT analysis, and finally obtains the location conclusion.
