摘 要:文章探索了锰结核中化合水的测定方法。其方法的理论依据是,以测试化合水中的氢为基准,计算出化合水含量。用红外光谱对样品进行有机质定性分析,结果表明,样品中不存在有机质,因此,样品中氢含量都可计作化合水中的氢。此方法较重量法的优点是:避免了碳酸盐中二氧化碳、氟、氯、硫及有机质等易挥发物的干扰。方法的相对标准偏差小于5.5%。A method of determining the water of crystallization (H2O)+ in manganese nodules is proposed. The method is based on measuring hydrogen in crystal water and calculating the content of H2O+. The advantages of the method are that the interferences caused by the volatile matters in the samples such as carbon dioxide in carbonate, organism, fluorine, chlorine, and sulphur can be avoided. The ralative standard deviation of the method is less than 5.5%. The experiments were completed by 240 C model elements analyser and 599B model infrared spectrocomparator. The samples were first crushed, dried in oven at 105℃, then grounded to 160-200 mesh. The contents of C,H and N in the nodules were measured by 240 C model elements analyser. The content of H2O+ was calculated by following formula:H2O+(%) =H(%) X 8.9364465Infrared spectrocomparator experiment proves that the content of H in the samples is completely from H2O+. Three kinds of manganese nodules and seven nodule samples are determined qualitatively by the infrared spectrum. There are no organisms in the absorption spectrum, and therefore, the content of hydrogen in the samples can be attributed the crystal water.
