摘 要:长江马湖大堤位于鄱阳湖出口以下约40km的长江南岸,全长4.47km,保护着江西省彭泽县城,是长江干流重点堤防工程.1996年1月3日和8日,马湖大堤相继发生两起特大崩岸事件,造成重大伤亡,直接经济损失5000余万元,引起了国务院、省、地、县领导的高度关注.有关单位对现场进行勘测,掌握了崩岸区河道地形变化,查明了现场的地层结构、岩性、土壤物理力学性质和地下水的分布情况等.根据勘测资料,分析了崩岸滑体形态特征和崩岸时的水文条件和地下水位状态,探讨了堤岸自然形态和水文条件对马湖崩岸的影响.MAHU bank locates at the south side of the Yangtze River, about 40 km downstream of the outlet of Lake POYANG. Although it is only 4.47 km long, it protects PENGZE county JIANGXI Province from flood disasters, and it has already been one of the important bank works of the YANGTZE River. Unfortunately, here had happened large bank slides two times on the 3 rd and 8 th of January, 1996 respectively, which caused heavy disasters with more than 50 million RMB Yuan of direct financial lose. They attracted strong cares of the State Council and Jiangxi local governments. Through field investigation and measurement, the variation of the local river bed, the structures of the local geography, the characters of the local soil and rock and the distribution of underground water have been primarily known. Based upon these investigating data, this paper analyzes the topography characters of the bank slides and the hydraulic conditions and the underground water status before the bank failure happened, the influence of bank natural slope and local hydraulic status to the bank failure are also discussed.
