摘　　要：目的探讨医院药库实施相对零库存管理的可行性。方法分析零库存管理的利弊,结合我院药库现状,总结实施相对零库存管理的比较可行的方法。结果与结论现有模式下医院药库完全实施绝对零库存操作性小,通过加强管理,充分运用计算机信息技术等办法,试行医院药库相对零库存管理较为可行。OBJECTIVE To discuss the possibility of null stock in hospital drug storehouse. METHODS Analyze advantages and disadvantages of null stock in hospital drug storehouse,and the present condition of our hospital,sum up the specific method of carrying out null stock. RESULTS and CONCLUSION There exist difficulties in carrying out complete null stock in hospital drug storehouse now, however, it strengthen management and computer information technology is adopted. Implementation of relative null stock in hospital drug storehouse will be practical.
