摘　　要：目的综述核苷类靶向制剂研究进展。方法在查阅国内外文献得基础上,从被动靶向制剂方面进行探讨。结果与结论核苷类靶向制剂市场潜力巨大,有很好的应用和开发价值。OBJECTIVE The development of nucleoside and nucleotide analogues for antivliral targeting preparation is reviewed. METHODS On the base of several literature,passive targeting preparation was approached. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The nucleoside and nucleotide analogues for antiviral targeting preparation have large market,its clinical application and development is restricted greatly.
