邻苯二甲醛与度米芬协同杀菌作用的研究

摘　　要：目的对邻苯二甲醛与度米芬复方消毒液的杀菌效果进行实验观察,探讨邻苯二甲醛与度米芬的协同杀菌作用。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验观察杀菌效果,以杀菌率(KR)和协同系数(T/E)值作为评价指标。结果含5g.L-1邻苯二甲醛和2g.L-1度米芬的复方消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用2minKR为99.97%、T/E值为109.05;对大肠埃希菌作用2minKR为99.98%、T/E值为1.23;对白色念珠菌作用2minKR为100.00%、T/E值为1233.36;对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用30minKR为96.82%、T/E值为2.97,作用60minKR为99.90%、T/E值为12.40。结论在一定条件下,邻苯二甲醛和度米芬存在明显协同杀菌作用。OBJECTIVE To observe the germicidal efficacy of compound ortho-phthalaldehyde and domiphen bromide disinfectant solution,and to discuss the synergic sterilization between ortho-phthalaldehyde and domiphen bromide, METHODS Suspension quantitative bactericidal test was used to observe its bactericidal efficacy,killing rate and T/E as evaluation criterion. RESULTS The killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the compound disinfectant solution containing orthophthalaldehyde 5g/L and domiphen bromide 2g · L^-1 for 2 min was 99.97% ; that of Escherichia coli for 2 min was 99.98% that of the candida albicans for 2 min was 100% ; and that of the spores of bacillus subtilis var. niger for 30 min was 96.82%, and for 60 min was 99.90%. The T/E value of Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the compound disinfectant solution containing ortho-phthalaldehyde 5g/L and domiphen bromide 2g · L^-1 for 2 min was 109.05 ; that of the Escherichia coli for 2 min was 1.23; that of the candida albicans for 2 min was 1233.36; and that of the bacillus subtilis var. niger for 30 min was 2.97,and for 60 min was 12. 40. CONCLUSION In certain condition,ortho-phthalaldehyde and domiphen bromide have obvious synergic sterilization.
