益气活血解毒汤对动脉粥样硬化患者血脂、细胞间粘附分子-1、C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血解毒汤对动脉粥样硬化患者血脂、细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响,探讨其抗动脉粥样硬化的机制。方法将动脉粥样硬化患者随机分为两组,对照组20例,采用常规西药治疗,治疗组20例,在对照组治疗的基础上加服益气活血解毒汤,疗程共为3周,在治疗前后分别测定两组血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)及C反应蛋白(CRP)的含量。结果对照组治疗前后TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、ICAM-1及CRP的数值变化无意义,治疗组治疗前后TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、ICAM-1及CRP的数值变化有意义,治疗组与对照组比较,在降低TC、LDL-C、CRP、ICAM-1和升高HDL-C方面有意义。结论益气活血解毒汤对动脉粥样硬化有明显预防和治疗作用,调脂、抑制粘附分子的表达可能为其机制之一。Objective To observe the influence of Yiqihuoxuejiedu decoction on the serum lipid,ICAM-1 and CRP in patients with atherosclerosis（AS） and investigate its possible mechanisms of preventing arteriosclerosis, neth- otis The patients with AS were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（20 cases） was treated with conventional western medicine the trim group was treated with conventional western medicine and yiqihuoxuejiedu decoction. The therapeutic course, was 3 weeks. The levels of triglyceride （TG） ,total cholesterol（TC） ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL-C ） ,high density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL-C ）, Intercellur adhesion moleculer- 1 （ ICAM- 1 ） and C- creative Protein（CRP） were detected at baseline and 3 weeks after treatment in two groups. Results After treatment, the level of serum TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,ICAM-1 and CRP in control group were not significantly changed,but the level of serum TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,ICAM-1 and CRP in trial group were significantly decreased,compared with the control group, the levels of TC ,LDL-C ,CRP and ICAM-1 of the trial group decreased obviously, HDL-C increased obvi- ously, the differences were significant. Conclusion Yiqihuoxuejiedu decoction has an abcvious effects on the prevention and therapy of AS,which may depended on regulating the serum lipid and inhibiting the expression of ICAM-1.
