摘　　要：通过分析国外土地整理的发展过程和特征、我国土地整理取得的成效以及面临的挑战与问题,探讨了新形势下我国土地整理的基本目标和发展方向,重点是补充耕地、提高土地生产能力、优化城乡用地格局、改善生态环境和保护塑造景观、大力开展基本农田建设。The development process and characteristics of land consolidation of foreign countries, the achievements and challenges of Chinese land consolidation in current situation are analyzed in this paper. Then the fundamental goal and development trend are discussed. Increasing cropland, improving the yielding capacity of land, optimizing of land use of city and country-side, improving ecological environment and landscape, developing farmland are proposed as the priority in the future land consolidation.
