摘　　要：探索利用社会经济与自然资源、环境相协调的可持续发展的流域规划方法,提出大清河流域综合规划建议方案,包括社会经济、资源、环境、水土保持和管理体制等内容。并就水污染控制和治理规划研究的主要内容作简要论述。Making use of the way to formulate a sustainable economic development planning for river basins in accordance with natural resources and environments,a proposal integrate development plan of the Daqinghe River Basin,including sections of social and economy,resources,environment,water and soil conservation and institute management etc.,has been recommended.A brief introduction to the main con- tents of the water pollute control and treatment plan is presented.
