摘　　要：杭州市淳安县发现首例曼氏裂头蚴病例。对病人居住地及对照组共485只青蛙体内裂头蚴的感染情况进行调查,阳性169只,阳性率34.84%;病人居住地蛙体感染率(45.63%)明显高于对照组(15.90%)。The first case of sparganosis mansoni was found in Chunan County.A survey was carried on Sparganum infection of 485 frogs in Chun＇an County and the control in Hangzhou,169 of which was positive and the positive rate was 34.84%.The rate of Sparganum infection of frogs in Chun＇an County（45.63%） was significantly higher than that of the control（15.90%）.
