摘  要:对江苏省高邮市新民滩血吸虫病传播阻断后12年来钉螺消长、分布特征及其影响因素进行了观察分析,结果有螺滩面积319.9万h,占新民滩总面积的8.0%;新发现有螺面积仅占2.8%(9.0万h/319.9万h)。钉螺面积在正常泄洪年份后均呈下降趋势,频繁泄洪年份后均呈上升趋势。在达到血吸虫病传播阻断后第6年和第12年出现明显回升,钉螺面积最高达到162.4万h。泄洪漫滩是导致螺情回升的重要因素。To study the growth and decline and distribution characteristics and impact factors of snails for 12 years after schistosomiasis transmission interrupted in Xinmintan.The results showed that the area of snail habitat was 3.199 million m^2,and accounted for 8.0% of Xinmintan areas.The new snail habitat areas only accounted for 2.8%(90 thousand m^2/3.199 million m^2).The snail habitat areas showed a decreasing tendency after normal flood discharge years,and showed a increasing tendency in frequent flood discharge years.The snail habitat areas was improved obviously at the 6th and 12th years after the schistosomiasis transmission has been interrupted,the highest snail habitat areas was 1.624 million m^2.The flood discharge and flood plain is important factors to affect the snail status.
