摘　　要：目的分析外周血T细胞亚群改变在原因不明习惯性流产(UHA)发病中的可能作用。方法应用流式细胞术检测60例UHA(非孕期)患者和20例正常非孕(NNP)妇女外周血T细胞亚群表达水平。结果UHA较NNP总T细胞和T细胞共刺激分子CD28+表达水平明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);细胞毒T细胞亚群(CTL)比例和CD8+CD3-淋巴细胞群UHA组也较NNP组显著升高(P<0.01)。而CD4+CD25+T(Tr)细胞亚群比例显著下降(P<0.01)。CD4+CD29+T(Ti)细胞亚群和CD4/CD8比值,UHA和NNP表达无显著差别(P>0.05)。结论UHA患者存在外周血T细胞亚群比例失调,Tr细胞群比例下降可能与UHA发病有一定关联。Objective To analyze of the role of peripheral blood T-cell subsets in unexplained habitual abortion（UHA）. Methods T-cell subsets were measured by flow cytometry（FCM） in the peripheral blood lymphocytes. The samples were taken from 60 non-pregnant UHA women and 20 non-pregnant of healthy women（NNP）. Results T cells（65.43% vs 61. 10%, P〈0.05）, T-cell costimulatory molecule CD28^＋ （9.51% vs 0.82 %, P〈0.01）, and cytotoxic T lymphocytes（CLT, 1.74 % vs O. 02 %, P〈0.01）, CD8＋CD3-1ymphocytes（28.18% vs 9.87%, P〈0. 01） were significantly higher in the peripheral blood lymphocytes of UHA than those of NNP, whereas CD4^＋ CD25^＋ T（Tr） cell subsets was significantly lower（8.79% vs 14.83%, P〈0.01） in UHA than those in NNP. CD4^＋ CD29^＋ T（Ti） cell subsets and the mean CD4/CD8 ratio showed no significant difference between UHA and NNP（16.60% vs 16.96%, 1.27 vs 1.33, P〉0.05）. Conclusion The results suggested that there was disproportion of T-cell subsets in the peripheral blood lymphocytes of UHA. Decrease of Tr cell subsets might be associated with UHA.
