摘　　要：目的:探讨肿胀麻醉下共振吸脂术的临床应用。方法:通过对临床48例肿胀麻醉下共振吸脂术的临床观察与随访,探讨肿胀麻醉下共振吸脂术的操作体会。结果:48例就医者术后随访3～18个月,术区平整对称,切口瘢痕隐蔽,效果满意。结论:肿胀麻醉下共振吸脂术创伤小、出血少、恢复快、操作轻松,正确的抽吸方法和精细的操作,是手术成功的关键。Objective To investigate the clinical application of resonance liposuction under swelling anesthesia. Methods To understand its operation method, observating and following-up 48 cases of Resonance Liposuction under swelling anesthesia. Results 48 cases of patients with follow-up of 3-18 months, the formation of symmetricaJ District, concealed a small incision scar and satisfactory results. Conclusion Resonance liposuction under swelling anesthesia are less trauma, less blood loss, quicker recovery and easy operation, the correct method of suction and fine operation is the key to a successful operation.
