头皮超量扩张术在头皮大面积病变修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨提高头皮扩张术的效率,改进手术技巧,修复大面积头皮病变的可行性。方法:应用改进的头皮超量扩张术修复大面积头皮病变(占头皮40%～60%)28例,通过扩张器埋置方法的改进,形成轴形扩张头皮瓣,增加注水扩张容量,延长注水期等改进技术实施。结果:所有病例均获得满意的美容修复,皮瓣全部成活,毛发生长良好,瘢痕纤细。结论:改进的头皮超量扩张术是修复大面积头皮病变的理想方法。Objective To investigate improvement curative effects of scalp expansion and operative skills for repairing large scalp defects Methods We have treated 28 cases of large defects with the medified technique , it included improvement method of implant expander to form axial pattern blood supply scalp,increase injected solution volume of expander and injected time. Results All case were repaired satisfactorily. The flaps survived with excellent appearance,hair and texture, the scars were minor. Conclusion The medified technique of scalp expansion is an ideal meathod of repairing large scalp defects.
