经腋切口隆乳术中内固定对乳房塑形的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨经腋切口隆乳术中内固定法取代术后外固定进行乳房塑形的可行性。方法:术中植入假体后,距假体外上缘1.5cm处缝合胸大、小肌进行内固定,术后乳房不予任何外固定措施。结果:1997年6月～2006年12月,用于经腋切口隆乳术242例484侧乳房,除6例6侧乳房假体轻度上移外,其余乳房外形满意。结论:隆乳术中内固定法可有效防止假体上移,塑造自然的乳房外形。Objective To make an approach of the feasibility of the internal fixation during the Augmentation mammaplasty from axillary incision to displace the external fixation after the Augmentation mammaplasty from axillary incision. Methods After implanting the implant button during the Augmentation mammaplasty from axillary incision ,we suture the pectoralis major and pectoralis minor away from ＂the lateral and acroscopic borderline of implant button, and make a internal fixation. And after the operation, we adopt nothing measures to mamma. Results From 1997.6 to 2006.12, 242 patients,484 mammas after Augmentation mammaplasty from axillary incision are all satisfactory except 6 implant buttons moving up in 6 patients＂ unilateral mamma. Conclusion The method of the internal fixation during the Augmentation mammaplasty from axillary incision can efficaciously prevents the implant buttons moving up, and we can mold a natural contour for mamma.
