隆鼻术后硅胶假体外露的原因分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨隆鼻术后假体外露的原因,改善或提高隆鼻手术的效果。方法:本组共37例隆鼻术后假体外露者,均手术取出假体,并对假体露出的部位及原因进行分析,提出了手术中的注意事项。结果:37例患者假体外露的部位为:鼻尖部17例,鼻翼缘内侧切口处9例、鼻根部6例、鼻小柱3例、鼻前庭1例、鼻梁部1例。结论:鼻尖部是隆鼻术后假体外露的最常见部位,假体外露和适应证选择不当,假体形态、大小不当及局部条件欠缺等原因有关。Objective To investigate the reasons of the exposure of prosthetics to improve the effection of rhinoplasty, Methods Analyses the sites and the reasons of prosthetics exposures of 37 patients, and bring for ward the cautions and precautions derived from them, Results There are 37 cases selected, which consists of 17 nasal tip exposures, 9 alar rim exposures. 6 nose root exposures. 3 vestibule exposure, l columella exposure and 1bridge of nose exposure, Conclusion The exposure commonly found in the nasal tip, Many reasons for exposure have been found, such as bad sculpture of the prosthetics, wrong dissecting plane, distortion of the prosthetics, bad closing and bad healing process.etc.
