整形美容外科手术对受术者体像影响的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:了解整形美容外科受术者体像障碍的患病率,观察整形美容外科受术者的体像特点以及手术对其体像的影响。方法:应用体像障碍自评量表对340名整形美容外科受术者于手术前后进行问卷调查并进行结果分析。结果:340例整形美容外科受术者体像障碍的患病率为10.3%。整形美容外科受术者手术前的躯体缺陷感和他人评价度两组指标的体像影响度明显高于其他指标;而体像障碍患者手术前各组指标的体像影响度均明显升高。整形美容外科受术者术前量表总分为19.906±1.183,手术后下降为16.812±10.824(P<0.05);体像障碍患者术前量表的总分为41.800±5.540,手术后下降为19.543±11.786(P<0.05)。结论:体像障碍是整形美容外科受术者的常见心理合并症。整形美容外科受术者手术前的自我缺陷意识强烈,非常关注他人对自身体像的评价,手术能够明显改善受术者的体像。整形美容外科可以显著纠正体像障碍患者的病态体像,体像障碍不是整形美容外科手术的禁忌症。Objective The purpose of the research was to find out the prevalence of the body dysmorphic disorder seeking plastic and aesthetic surgery, to observe the characteristic of the body image of the plastic and aesthetic populations,and to identify the influence of plastic and aesthetic surgery on the body image. Methods 340 patients were tested with the self- rating scale of body image before and after the plastic and aesthetic surgeries. Results The prevalence of body dysmorphic disorder in 340 plastic and aesthetic patients was 10.3%. Before plastic and aesthetic surgery, the common populations paid much more attention to the sense of the body defect and the others＂ appreciation, and body dysmorphic disorder patients paid much more attention to every aspect. In plastic and aesthetic populations, the score of the preoperative scales was 19.906±11.183,and that of the postoperative scales was 16.812± 10.824 P〈0.05）. In the body Dysmorphic disorder patients, the score of the preoperative scales was 41.800±5.540, and that of the postoperative scales was 19.543±1.786 （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Body dysmorphic disorder is the frequent psychological complication in the plastic and aesthetic populations. Before the operation, the plastic and aesthetic populations have the strong self- defective consciousness, and pay much attention to others＇ appreciation of their body image. Plastic and aesthetic surgery can improve their body image. Plastic and aesthetic surgery can improve the pathological body image of body dysmorphic disorder patients, and body dysmorphic disorder is not the contraindication of the plastic and aesthetic surgery.
