摘  要:利用叶绿素荧光测定技术测定了刚竹属13个竹种的叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明:高节竹、红哺鸡竹、斑竹、金镶玉竹、黄秆乌哺鸡、绿皮黄筋的SPAD、可变荧光(Fv)、最大荧光(Fm)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率或原初光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ的潜在活性(Fv/Fo)、PSⅡ电子传递量子产率(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)、PSⅡ实际光化学效率(Yield)等值均高于其他7个竹种,非光化学猝灭系数(qN)值相对较低,即这6个竹种具有较好的光合生理功能,可为优选观赏竹种;相关分析表明:Fv、Fm、Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm、Yield、qP、ΦPSⅡ与SPAD值呈正相关,qN与SPAD及其他荧光参数均呈(极)显著负相关。The chlorophyll florescence parameters of leaves in thirteen species of Phyllostachys were mensurated by using the chlorophyll florescence measuring technique. The results showed that variable fluorescence ( Fv), maximal fluorescence ( Fro), potential activity of PS Ⅱ (Fv/Fo) , quantum yield of PS Ⅱ linear electron (qbPS Ⅱ ), coefficient of photochemical fluorescence quenching (qP), actual photochemical efficiency of PS Ⅱ (Yield) and SPAD value of P. prominens , P. iridescens ,P. bambusoides f. lactyma - deae, P. aureosul- cata cv. Spectabilis, P. vivax cv. Aureocaulis and P. sulphurea cv. Houzeau were higher than those of the other seven species of bamboo, while the coefficients of non - photochemical fluorescence quenching (qN) of these six species were lower. The photosynthetic physiological functions of these six species were better than those of the others, these would be used as preference ornamental bamboo species;Correlation analysis among photosynthetic parameters showed that there were positive correlations between Fv, Fro, Fv/Fo, Fv/Fm, Yield, qP, ΦPSⅡ and SPAD, however, there were significantly negative correlations between qN, SPAD and other parameters.
