Effects of Forage to Concentrate Ration on Lipid and Free Fatty Acids in Serum of Lactating Dairy Cows

摘  要:选用5头健康的干奶期荷斯坦奶牛[体重(502±25)kg],研究9种不同精粗比日粮(30∶70、35∶65、40∶60、45∶55、50∶50、55∶45、60∶40、70∶30、100∶0日粮组)对奶牛血脂和血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)动态变化的影响。5头奶牛连续进行9期饲喂试验,前8期试验每期30 d,最后1期试验为3 d。结果显示,随精料水平的提高,血清TG含量逐渐升高,100∶0日粮组TG含量显著高于30∶70日粮组(P<0.05);55∶45日粮组血清HDL含量显著高于30∶70、35∶65、40∶60、45∶55日粮组(P<0.05),55∶45日粮组血清LDL含量显著高于30∶70、40∶60日粮组,其余各日粮组差异不显著(P>0.05),血清CHO各日粮组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);月桂酸(C12∶0)、棕榈酸(C16∶0)含量在55∶45日粮组达到最大,显著高于30∶70日粮组(P<0.05),豆蔻油酸(C14∶1)、亚油酸(C18∶2)含量55∶45日粮组最小,显著小于30∶70、35∶65、40∶60日粮组(P<0.05),豆蔻酸(C14∶0)、油酸(C18∶1)含量各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),硬脂酸(C18∶0)含量55∶45日粮组显著高于30∶70、60∶40、70∶30、100∶0日粮组(P<0.05),其余各日粮组差异不显著(P>0.05);血清总胆固醇同血清饱和脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸有显著相关性(P<0.05),血清饱和脂肪酸含量先上升后略有下降,不饱和脂肪酸含量先下降后略有上升。结果表明,随精料水平的提高,奶牛血脂和血清饱和脂肪酸含量逐渐升高,达到一定水平(55∶45组含量最高)后就处于一种相对稳定的状态,血清不饱和脂肪酸含量变化与饱和脂肪酸变化相反。Five Holstein cows during the dry period were used to study the effects of forage to concentrate ration on dynamic change of lipids and free fatty acids in serum. The cows were fed continuously in nine experimental periods with 30 d for each period except the last period mihich only was 3 d. The dietary forage to concentrate rations were 30: 70,35: 65,40: 60,45: 55,50: 50,55: 45,60: 40,70: 30,100:0 respectively. The results showed that the serum content of TG rose gradually with the increase of forage to concentrate ration and was much higher in the 100:0( P 〈 0.05) group than that in the 30:70 group. HDL and CHO were signifi- candy higher( P 〈 0.05 ) in the 55 : 45 group than that in the 30:70 group, others showed no significant difference(P 〉0. 05). No significant difference(P 〉0.05) was observed in CHO concentration. The serum contents of Laurie acid and Palmitic acid in the 55:45 group were significantly higher( P 〈 0.05 ) than those in the 30:70 group. Linoleic acid and nutmeg acid in the 55:45 group were significantly lower( P 〈 0.05 ) than those in the 30:70,35: 65,40:60 groups. Oleic acid and Myristic acid concentrations were not significantly different(P 〉 0.05 ). The serum contents of Stearic acid in the 55:45 group were significantly higher( P 〈 0.05) than those in the30: 70,60: 40,70: 30,100:0 groups. The relationship between CHO and SFA, UNSFA was significant( P 〈 0.05 ) in serum. The serum content of saturated fatty acid increased first and then decreased slightly but the serum content of unsaturated fatty acid was opposite to the increase of forage to concentrate ration. The results indicated that the serum content of lipide and saturate fatty acids wose gradually with the increase of forage to concentrate ration (the highest in 55:45 group) , then sustained in a relatively sta- ble status. The serum content of unsaturated fatty acid was opposite to saturate fatty acids.
