高钙日粮致青年蛋鸡肾脏损伤的超微结构病理学变化

摘　　要：35日龄100羽伊沙蛋鸡随机均分为对照组(含钙1.00%)和高钙组(含钙3.78%)。试验第17 d,各组剖检5只鸡,作肾脏的电镜观察。结果表明,高钙组近曲小管上皮细胞出现核固缩,部分细胞溶解、坏死、微绒毛脱落,线粒体肿胀、部分空泡化,近曲小管基部初面内质网扩张;间质纤维母细胞轻度增生,淋巴细胞浸润;肾小球毛细血管袢触突微绒毛化;肾小囊足细胞轻度溶解、水肿,部分线粒体空泡化。说明,高钙日粮能导致鸡的肾损伤。One hundred healthy growers of 35 days old were randomly divided into two groups. The growers in the two groups were fed with normal calcium diet （ control, 1.00% calcium） and high calcium diet （HC, 3.78% calcium） respectively. At the end of the experiment, 5 growers in each group were dissected, HC grower expanded; the cells of fibre ventre was hyperplasia and lythphocyte sokaged; the cells of fibre ventre was hyperplasia and lythphocyte sokaged ; the sticking of glomeruli capillary vessel were chorioned; the cells of renal theca dissolved and dropsied, and revealed an expanded mitochondrion with vacuoles. In conclusion, high calcium diet could cause renal injury in growers.
