摘 要:弗氏链霉菌变种S-221的摇瓶发酵液用无水乙醇提取,制备成弗氏链霉菌变种S-221生物防腐剂200倍稀释液,分别在牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基平板上测定了5种不同的细菌,在马铃薯葡萄糖培养基平板上测定了5种霉菌和3种酵母菌。除大肠杆菌的抑菌效果为94.2%和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果为98%以外,其余菌的抑菌效果达到100%;对制备好的平板暴露在空气中自然接种微生物的抑菌效果也达到100%。The absolute alcohol extraction of Streptomyces friadia var. S -221. Tu from shaking -flask fermentation broth was diluted in 200 times as the Streptomycesfriadia var. S -221. TU. To assay its effects on anti - bacteria, anti - moulds andanti - yeasts. 5 different kinds of bacteria, 5 different kinds of moulds and 3 different kinds of yeasts were used as indicator strains, respectively. The results showed that the antimicrobial rates on these indicator strains were 100%, except for E. coli, which was 93% ;and Strophlococcus aureus , which was 98%. When the medium plates were inoculanted in the air, the antimicrobial rates of Bio -antiseptic Streptomycesfradiae var. S -221. T could also reaeh100%.
