貉被毛中多种元素ICP-AES同时测定方法研究

摘　　要：采用低温干灰化法制备样品,ICP-AES同时分析毛皮动物貉被毛组织中多种微量元素。Ba、Be、Cd、Si、Y和Zn的测定下限为1.0～9.0 ng/g级;B、Fe、La、Mg、Mo、Ni、Ti、Co、Cr、Cu、Sr、V和Zr的测定下限为0.01～0.09μg/g级;In、Th、P和Pb的测定下限为0.130～0.23μg/g级;大于1的只有Nb（1.08μg/g级）。经国家人发标准物质GBW07601验证,测得方法相对误差在0.83%～9.59%之间,相对标准偏差在0.81%-5.20%之间,各项检测指标均能满足生物样品检测要求。分别测得健康种貉、自咬症轻、重病貉被毛中的22种微量元素,健康貉的B、Co、Cr和Ni微量元素含量明显高于病貉,而Al、Ba、Be、Cd、Mo、Pb、Sr、Ti和Zr元素含量较低。该方法可以满足生物样品元素分析的要求。The sample was prepared by low temperature dry ashing, Trace elements in fur tissue of furbearing animal aludraeeoon were simutaneously analysed by inductively coupled plasma- atomic emission spectrometry（ ICP- AES）. The lowest quantitatively determinable concentration was between 1.0 ～ 9.0 ng/g grade for trace elements barium, beryllium, cadmium, silicon, yttrium and zinc, and was between 0.01 ～ 0.09μg/g grade for mieroelement boron, iron, lanthanum, magnesium, and was between 0. 13 ～ 0.23 μg/g grade for indium, thorium, phosphor and plumbum. Only niobium was greater than 1 which was 1.08 μg/g. This method was verified by national hairs standards GBW07601. The relative error was between 0.83% -0.59%. The relative standard deviation was between 0.81% -5.20%. 22 elements were analysed for fur of healthy and ill sludraeeoons, the contents of elements B, Co, Cr and Ni in healthy animals was apparently higher than those ill in animals. The contents of elements A1, Ba, Be, Cd, Mo, Pb, Sr, Ti and Zr in healthy animals were lower than ill animals. The determination data satisfy standards of biological sample analysis.
