摘 要:针对轻骨料混凝土拌和物在大流动性条件下,轻骨料易于上浮而导致拌和物匀质性较差且混凝土无侧限抗压强度相对偏低的现象,结合具有较高强度等级的自密实混凝土、轻骨料混凝土配合比设计方法和大流动性混凝土拌和物均匀流动性理论,采用绝对体积法,在水胶比为0.29~0.33,体积砂率为50%的条件下,掺加30%Ⅰ级粉煤灰和占胶凝材料用量1.5%掺有增粘组分的复合高效减水剂HFMN,研制出工作性好、质量较均匀、强度等级达LC50、干表观密度为1779kg/m^3的自密实轻骨料高性能混凝土(SCLC),给出了最优配合比参数值及部分性能指标.Aiming at the phenomena that the lightweight aggregates of mixture of lightweight aggregate concrete are prone to float in the big flow, resulting in the had equality of mixture, and lightweight aggregate concretes have lower compressive strength, combining with methods for mixture design of self-compacting concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete with higher compression strength grades and well-proportioned flow theory about concrete mixtures with big fluidity, the authors, by means of absolute volume method, adopt 30% first grade fly ash and the compounded superplasticisers with viscous ingredient whose contents are 1.5% that of the binding materials, on the conditions of 0. 29~ 0.33 W/B and 50 %volume sand ratio; develop a self-compacting lightweight aggregate high performance concrete with good workability, well-proportioned quality, LC50 of compressive strength grade and 1779 kg/m^3of dry apparent density, and give the optimized parameters of mixture design and some performance indexes of LC50 self-compacting lightweight aggregate high performance concrete (SCLC).
