摘  要:山东孙村煤矿已进入深井开采阶段。为最大限度地回收留设的保安煤柱及解决煤矸石排放问题,进行了煤矸石似膏体自流充填试验研究。试验结果表明,可以制备出合乎设计要求的煤矸石似膏体,并能实现膏体自流充填。采用煤矸石似膏体自流充填工艺既经济又环保,为孙村煤矿实现绿色生产和可持续发展提供了技术支持。The mining has come into the deep in Suncun coal mine. In order to achieve the maximum recovery of retained safety coal pillar and solve the problem of gangue emission, the experimental study was made on paste - like gangue slurry filling by gravity. The testing results indicated that paste - like gangue slurry conforming to the design requirements can be prepared. The paste- like gangue slurry filling by gravity not only is economical but is favorable to environmental protection, this gravity -flowed filling technology provides the technical support for Suneun coal mine to realization green production and sustainable development.
