摘　　要：通过对红壤地区氮素平衡的特征分析和探讨,提出集科研、行政、法制、企业、农业为一体,以人才为核心的氮素生态管理模式和管理措施,从土壤氮素生态管理角度探讨人类、生物、环境的"循环、整合、高效、和谐",为社会的和谐发展做出贡献。In this thesis,N-balance characteristic was analyzed and explored in red soil region.Furthermore,the ecological management pattern and management measures of nitrogen were put forward,which centered on talent and united scientific study,legal system,enterprise and agriculture to realize circulation,conformity,efficiency and harmony among human being,organism and environment.At the same time,it will contribute to social harmonious development.
