摘  要:从旋转对称壳基本理论着手,总结发现工程计算法、解析法等均不适用竖向受力的涵洞工程。根据试验数据用有限元法分析了钢波纹管涵洞大应变与小应变问题,得到两者的结果非常接近,完全可以采用小应变方法进行分析。针对工程现场采用的反开槽回填法施工,建立了有限元力学分析模型,采用底面约束所有位移和扭转自由度、管两侧立面施加水平位移约束、顶面施加荷载、其余面自由的边界条件,施加竖向汽车荷载进行分析。结果表明,该模型得到的计算结果和现场实测值拟合良好,说明该法是可行的,所得的结论是可靠的。According to the basic theory of rotary symmetrical shell and analyses of several methods for the mechanical performance of the corrugated steel pipe, it was found that the engineering computing and resolution methods are t unfit for culvert as its load is vertical. Based on the test data, mechanical analysis of corrugated steel culvert was carried out by using finite element method.The results show that the great-strain is near to the littlestrain. So the method for little-stain analysis dig-fill method used on spot for corrugated can be used for the corrugated steel culvert engineering analysis. For the steel culvert, finite element model was established. Mechanical analysis was carried out with vertical vehicle loads under the boundary condition of adding the load on top of the pipe, binding all displacement and torsion at the bottom, fixing horizontal displacement on the two sides, and leaving other planes free. The result computed is near to the value tested on spot. It proves that the method is feasible and the results are credible. corrugated steel culvert; finite element method; thin shell effect
