益气活血方对老年不稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效及对超敏C-反应蛋白及D-二聚体的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血方治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及其作用机制。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组,对照组30例用西药常规治疗;治疗组30例在常规治疗的基础上加用益气活血中药,疗程30天。观察2组患者临床疗效,并检测超敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)及D-二聚体(D-D)水平。结果:心绞痛总有效率治疗组为90.00%,对照组为63.33%;心电图总有效率治疗组为86.67%,对照组为53.33%,2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后Hs-CRP、D-D水平下降,与治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血方可明显改善不稳定型心绞痛患者症状及心电图,降低Hs-CRP及D-D水平,对老年不稳定型心绞痛具有良好的治疗效果。Objective:To observe the clinical effect and mechanism of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation formula on the curative effect of unstable senile angina pectoris patients.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the control group were treated with the conventional western medicine while other 30 patients in the test group was treated with supplementing qi and activating blood circulation formula besides the conventional method.30 days is a course of treatment.The curative effect was observed and high-sensitive C-reactive protein and D-dimer were determined.Results:The total effective rate of the patients in the test group and in the control group were 90.00% and 63.33% respectively.The total effective rate of ECG of the two groups was 86.67% and 53.33% respectively.The difference of the comparison of the two groups had an obvious significance(P<0.05).Hs-CRP and D-D n the test group reduced after the treatment.Compared with the pre-treatment and the control group the difference had an obvious significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The supplementing qi and activating blood circulation formula can obviously alleviate the symptom of the angina pectoris patients and reduce HsCRP and D-D and has a good treatment result to the supplementing qi and activating blood circulation.
