胃安散对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠HP感染及超微结构影响

摘　　要：目的:观察胃安散对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)大鼠胃粘膜HP及超微结构的影响。方法:选择清洁级雄性SD大鼠,造模前随机抓取10只,作为正常对照组。其余动物应用MNNG(N-甲基-N硝基-N亚硝基呱)加雷尼替丁联合应用造模,造模结束时(12wk末)将大鼠再随机分为4组:模型组;胃安散高剂量组;胃安散低剂量组;胃复春组。各组灌胃均12wk(模型组灌服生理盐水)测定其HP清除情况,同时取胃窦部粘膜进行超微结构检查。结果清除HP的作用胃安散组优于胃复春组(P<0.05)。超微结构也有明显改善。结论:胃安散可能对CAG胃粘膜萎缩上皮起营养和改善代谢的作用,对肠化生和不典型增生等癌前病变具有较好的阻断和逆转作用。Objective: To observe the effect of Weiansan on gastric mucosa Hp infection and ultrastructure of chronic atrophic gastritis rats.Methods: Ten of fifty clean male SD rats were randomly taken as a normal control group and the other forty rats were taken as an applied model by the combination of ranitidine and MNNG for 12 wk.These rats were randomly subdivided into 4 groups: a model group,high-dose WAS group,low-dose WAS group and WFC group.Each group was infused with normal salt solution for 12 wk and their HP clearance was determined,and the ultrastructure of their gastric antrum mucosa was also examined.Results: The H pylori clearance of WAS group is superior to that of WFC group(P<0.05).Their ultrastructure obviously improved.Conclusion: WAS has a nutritional and metabolism-improving effect on the CAG rats and a better block and reversal effect on the precancerous lesion of intestinal and atypical proliferation,with a good clearance of Hp.
