摘　　要：根据广西水利水电系统现行的概算编制办法，提出了优化工程设计，采用合适的建筑材料和施工方法，选择先进实用的设备，核准水库淹没实物量和切实的补偿标准，合理缩短施工工期等降低工程投资的途径。According to Guangxi hydropower system current budgetary estimate method, this paper suggested some ways to lower the project's investment, such as optimating project's designing, using propriate construction material and method, selecting advanced material and method, selecting advanced device, checking reservoir flowage real object quantity, adopting feasible indemnifying standard, rationally shortening working days, etc.
