摘　　要：安阳市地表水环境污染问题严重、城市空气质量下降、固体废物处理能力不强。应通过强化生态意识、科学制定城市规划、转变经济增长方式、统筹城乡发展、发展循环经济等途径,推进生态环境建设。The pollution of sin-face water enviroment in Anyang city is serious, the air quality has dropped and the solid waste handling capacity is not as strong as it should be. To promote the ecological enviroment construction, We should reinforce people＇ s ecological awarenesses, formulate city management planning scientifically, transform the pattern of economy growth, integrate developments in urban and rural areas and build circular economy.
