城乡不同来源女大学生的性相关行为比较

摘　　要：目的了解城乡不同来源女大学生的性相关行为状况。方法在武汉地区,按学校类别、专业类型(文、理、医、艺术等)、年级等特征进行随机整群抽样。共发放5076份问卷,对调查对象以无记名的自填式问卷调查表进行问卷调查。回收有效问卷4769份,有效问卷回收率为93.9%。调查数据录入计算机,以SPSS12.0进行分析。结果女大学生手同性恋率为1.3%,手淫率为23.8%,与异性接吻拥抱率为53.2%,性行为率为18.1%。城市生源学生在同性恋、与异性接吻拥抱和性行为率上高于农村生源学生;而农村生源学生手淫率高于城市学生。结论城乡不同来源女大学生的性相关行为有差异。Objective To study the difference of sexual related behavior of female college students from rural and urban areas. Methods Female college students were sampled by cluster sampling and investigated by using questionnaire survey on anonymous basis. Results A total number of 4 769 students were surveyed. It was found that 1.3% of the students had homo-sexual,23. 8% had masturbation, 53.2% had experienced heterosexual kissing and hugging, and 18. 1% had sexual intercourse. The incidence of students from urban area experiencing homosexuality ,heterosexual kissing and hugging,and sexual intercourse from urban area had higher rate than those from rural areas,while the students from rural area had higher incidence of masturbation than those from urban areas. Conclusion There is difference in sexual related behavior between the female college students from urban and rural areas.
