摘  要:目的通过蚊虫叮咬宿主附红细胞体进入蚊体内感染的研究,评价蚊虫在附红细胞体病流行过程中的作用。方法在不同生境捕捉吸血蚊,在蚊胃血、胸、唾液腺压片检查附红细胞体,计算感染率。结果年均人房蚊密度为16.6只/间.人工小时,畜房为105.44只/间.人工小时。共解剖965只,在蚊胃血阳性率为72.12%;在胸、唾液腺阳性率为30.16%。其中人房帐内捕蚊273只,在蚊胃血阳性率为53.11%,在胸、唾液腺阳性率为21.98%;畜房捕蚊692只,在蚊胃血阳性率为79.62%,在胸、唾液腺阳性率为33.38%。人房、畜房、野外感染率有差异(χ2=131.56,P<0.005)。人房帐内平均吸血率为57.23%,平均叮咬人率为0.48只/人.天。结论蚊虫在传播附红细胞体中具有一定的媒介作用。Objesctive To study the eperythrozoonsis infection of mosquitoes by biting the host, and to appraise the mosquitoes'role in the process of eperythrozoonsis. Methods Mosquitoes were collected in different surroundings. Eperythrozoonsis in mosquitoes'stomach,chest,salivary gland were collected and the infection rate was calculated. Results The yearly average mosquito density in human house was 16. 6 individual per room per hour. The mosquito density in livestock house was 105.44 individual per room per hour. Altogether 965 mosquitoes were dissected, the positive rate was 72. 12% in the stomach blood; 30. 16% in chest and salivary gland. Among them,273 were caught inside the mosquito net,the positive rate was 53. 11% in stomach blood,the positive rate was 21.98% in chest and saliva gland; 692 were caught in the livestock house ,the positive rate in stomach blood and chest,saliva gland was 79. 62% and 33. 38% respectively. The infection percentage was significantly different between human room,livestock house and field( χ^2 = 131.56 ,P 〈 0. 005 ). In the human house the average biting rate was 57.23%. The average rate of the human biting rate was 0. 48. Conclusion Mosquito is an important vector in the transmission of eperythrozoonsis.
