摘　　要：资源与生态问题成为经济可持续发展的核心问题。在由经济增长向经济发展方式转变的经济转型期,主体功能区与资源承载力是经济发展的重要前提和基石,产业生态经济是解决资源稀缺问题以及经济与环境冲突的根本途径。将传统的线性生产方式转变为网络型可循环产业组织,传统的产业集聚转变为产业生态化集聚战略,是实现经济可持续发展的重要方向。Resources and ecological issues are key problems of economic sustainable development.In the period of economic transformation from economy growth manner to economic development model,it is the important premise and foundation for the main functional regional division and resource carrying capacity to economic development,industrial ecological economy is the profound channel to solve resource scarce and the conflict between economy and environment.It is the important way of realizing economic sustainable development that to transmitted traditional linear production manner into recyclable industrial organization networks and traditional industrial cluster into industrial ecological cluster strategy.
