摘  要:为了比较705和新120两种试验台试验标准的等效性,使用仿真程序系统仿真了120阀在两种试验台上紧急二段阀的试验过程.通过寻找某种试验台上合格边界阀,再将边界合格阀在另一种试验台上仿真试验,寻找到两种试验台试验结果的对应关系,对比了两种试验台合格阀范围.仿真结果表明,两种试验台紧急二段阀试验标准不完全等效.705试验台制动缸充气时间较慢,制动缸初跃升压强较高.可能发生在705试验台上试验时制动缸充气较慢的合格阀、制动缸初跃升压力较低的合格阀在新120试验台上试验不合格的结果;同样也会出现在新120试验台上制动缸充气较快、初跃升压力较高的合格阀在705试验台上不合格的结果.该工作为今后新试验台的设计、制定试验规范提供了理论分析工具.As a 120 control valve may be tested by either 705 test rig or new 120 valve test rig, the equivalency of the test results by above two test rigs is assessed by using a pneumatic brake simulation model. The simulation model, based on air flow theory and functionalities of both the 120 control valve and the two types of test rigs, simulates the test of 120 control valves during second-phase emergency brake by both the 705 Test Rig and New 120 valve test rig. The simulation results show that the two test rigs are not equivalent when qualifying the 120 valves during the second-phase emergency braking. It is possible that a 120 control valve that is qualified by one test rig would fail to be qualified by the other. It is shown that a 120 valve, with very slow charging speed and low initial charge pressure to the brake cylinder but meeting the test criteria on the 705 test rig, may not meet the test criteria by the New 120 valve test rig; conversely, a 120 valve that has very fast charging time and high initial charge pressure to the brake cylinder on the new 120 valve test rig, may be disqualified if it were tested on the 705 test rig. This study provides helpful insight into the design and criteria setting of brake control valve test rigs,
