摘  要:采用浸搪法制备搪瓷基板,研究了不同烧结温度和时间对钢铁基板搪瓷制备工艺、组织和性能的影响,测定了搪瓷层的硬度,并分析了搪瓷层硬度与烧结温度和时间的关系,以及晶核添加剂对搪瓷层硬度的影响.实验结果表明,在烧结时间相同时,搪瓷层的硬度随烧结温度的升高而增大;在烧结温度相同时,搪瓷层的硬度随烧结时间的延长而提高;添加形核剂能够提高搪瓷层的强度.X射线衍射结果分析表明,搪瓷层中出现NaAlSi2O6和Na2Si2O5相.搪瓷层的耐酸度为94.36%,耐碱度为97.87%,耐热温度为600℃。By using dipping enameling on a low carbon steel, effects of firing temperatures and time on structure and properties were studied, the hardness of the enamel coating was meas- ured, and the relationship between hardness and firing temperature and time and the effect of crystal nucleus addition were also investigated. The experiment results show that the hardness of the enamel coating increases with the increase in temperature and time, and it is improved with the addition of crystal nucleus. According to X-ray diffraction analyses, NaA1Si2O6 and Na2Si2O5 appear in the enamel coating. The properties of the enamel coating are as fellows: acid resistance = 94.36%, alkali resistance = 97.87%, heart-resistance temperature = 600℃ and thermal shock temperature = 400℃.
