摘  要:研究了用硼氢化钠还原氯化钴水溶液中的钴离子时反应条件对反应产物的成分和结构的影响。用化学分析法分析产物的成分;用X射线衍射、选区电子衍射及差热扫描量热仪确定产物的结构;用透射电子显微镜观察产物的形貌。试验结果表明:当把硼氢化钠水溶液加入到氯化钴水溶液中时,可成功制备出Co-B二元非晶态合金纳米粉末;粉末颗粒呈球形,粒径在20-60nm之间,并且团聚成网状;硼氢化钠水溶液的浓度越高、滴加速度越快以及提高反应温度,合金粉末中的B含量就越高;如果把氯化钴水溶液滴加到硼氢化钠水溶液中,反应产物中有大量的Co(OH)2晶体颗粒存在,并且反应过程也不易控制。Amorphous Co-B binary alloy nano- powders were successfully prepared by adding an aqueous solution of NaBH4 to an aqueous solution of COCl2·6H2O. The amorphous structure was confirmed by X-ray diffraction, selective area electronic diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry. The surface morphology and the particles size were observed by the transmission electron microscope. The compositions of the prepared powders were determined using chemical analysis. It is found that the powders has a nearly spherical morphology with diameters of 20- 60nm and the boron content of the powder increase with increasing the addition rate and concentration of NaBH4 solution and reaction temperature. When the adding order is reversed, a lot of Co(OH)2 crystals appear.
