摘 要:开关磁阻电动机(SRM)的磁场是一种多频率、非正弦、非均匀分布的动态磁场,对磁场与铁耗的分析难度较大,但也是电机设计和性能预测的重要依据。通过建立二维场-路耦合有限元模型对电机磁场进行数值分析,在此基础上根据磁场分布的特点,提出了将电机铁心划分成若干个子区域,由各区域磁密波形结合谐波分析计算电机铁耗的方法,最后测量了一台三相、12/8极、SR电动机在不同转速下的铁耗,并与计算结果进行了比较,证明了方法的正确性。Due to the nonsinusoidal and inhomogeneous dynamic magnetic field with different frequencies in switched reluctance motor, its magnetic field analysis and iron losses estimation are quite complicated problems, which are also the basis of motor design and performance prediction. A field-circuit-motion coupled FEM is applied to analyze the electromagnetic field of SRM. According to the magnetic field distribution, the iron core of SRM has been divided into several parts, and flux densities of each part at dif- ferent rotor position have been calculated. Fourier analysis is applied to extract the harmonic components of flux densities, and iron core losses can be estimated. Finally, the analysis method is verified based on the testing result of a three phases, 12/8 poles SRM.
