东海鱼类复殖吸虫半尾科三新种

摘　　要：中国科学院海洋研究所于1975、1979年在宁波对东海鱼类复殖吸虫做了调查。最近作者清理这些调查所获标本时,发现并确认半尾科3新种,分别定名为条旬(鱼师)管囊吸虫Tubulouesicula zonichthydis sp.nov., 沟鏒(鱼參)指腺吸虫Lecithochirium atropi sp.nov.和条(鱼师)充尾吸虫Plerurus zonichthydis sp.nov.The present paper deals with three new species of digenetic trematodes collected from fishes in the East China Sea. All the measurements are in mm. except ova in μm. The type specimens are deposited at the Institute of Oceanology, Academia Sinica, at Qingdao.1.Tubulovesicula zonichthydis sp.nov. (Fig.1)Host: Zonichtys nigrofasciata (Ruppell); Location: stomach; Locality; Ningbo, Zhejiang Province; Date: May 16, 1979; Infection: 2 specimens from 1 of 3 hosts.Description: Body small, shuttle-shaped, smooth. Body proper 2.561-3.111 long, 1.139-1.291 wide, in level of ovary. Tail 0.561-0.799 long. Oral sucker subterminal, 0.306-0.425×0.357-0.425, peroral lip is 0.017-0.031 long. Acetabulum elliptical convex, 0.697-0.782×0.765-0.816, at the anterior half of body proper. Sucker ratio of oral over acetabulum 1:1.8-2.2.Pharynx 0.170 -0.119×0.119 -0.136, esophagus very short, ceca extending to posterior end of tail.Testes elliptical, symmetrically just behind the acetabulum, left testis 0.170 - 0.187×0.221 -0.255. right testis 0.187-0.204×0.187-0.221. Seminal vesicle tubular, 0.425-0.459 long, at the right side of acetabulum. Pars prostatica developed, 0.612 - 0.689 long.Hermaphroditic pouch 0.187× 0.153. Genital pore opens posterior of pharynx.Ovary elliotical, 0.170×0.340, lies posterior testes, center of body proper. Vitellaria ribbon-shaped, four on the left, three on the right. Uterus not entering tail. Eggs 33-39×24-27.Discussion: This species resembles T. spori Yamaguti, 1934 and T. pseudorhomoi Yamaguti, 1938 but differs from them in its position of the seminal vesicle and ovary, in its smaller-sized testes and ovary and larger-sized eggs.2.Lecithochirium atropi sp.nov.
