摘  要:医用钛合金日益受到重视,被应用于牙齿、骨骼等领域。但对医用钛合金总体性能的评价以及生物相容性概念的定义等问题目前观点不一,研究方向也各不相同,且多数研究仅仅涉及腐蚀、力学相容性和生物相容性等某一方面,缺乏综合考虑。本文从腐蚀、力学相容性和生物相容性3个方面总结了医用钛合金的研究现状,并指出了研究过程存在的问题和以后的发展方向。The biomaterials of titanium alloys have received more and more attention in recent years and are widely used in the dental surgery, bones repair and so on. But the assessment of their performance is indefinite, and the concept of the biocompatibility is confused up to now. Most studies only involve one respect of the corrosion, mechanical compatibility and biocompatibility, without the systemic and multiple considerations of each other. Thus in this paper the corrosion, mechanical compatibility and biocompatibility of the medical titanium alloys have been summarized, together with problems in the present study. The further research and development of the medical titanium alloys have also been proposed.
