摘　　要：介绍美国军用手册217F中的两种可靠性预计方法——部件应力分析法与部件计数分析法,分别讨论其适用条件和失效率模型,并给出可靠性预计方法在计算数字计时芯片和发动机失效率时的具体步骤。Part count and part stress analysis reliability prediction methods were introduced, also the conditions and failure rate models for applying the methods were presented. The process of computing the failure rate of a digital timing chip and a motor using reliability prediction methods were discussed.
