关于加快重庆三峡库区城镇化进程的探讨

摘　　要：城镇化是重庆三峡库区农村剩余劳动力向非农产业转移的主要途径,也是解决移民安置的有效手段。但受特定历史原因和社会经济条件限制,重庆库区城镇化进程缓慢且具有其特殊性。本文特以重庆三峡库区城镇化进程作为研究对象,运用相关指标对库区城镇化发展现状及城镇化进程水平进行综合评价,分析重庆三峡库区城镇化进程中存在的问题,并指出加快重庆库区移民城镇化进程的可行性路径。Urbanization is not but an effective way in solving the only the major means of shifting surplus farming labor to rural enterprises, settlements of immigrants in Three Gorges Reservoir Area in Chongqing. However, the urbanization progress is slow, with particularity due to the historical reason and limited social and economic conditions. With the urbanization progress as its object of study, this paper analyzes the existing problems and refers to an feasible way in speeding up the urbanization progress, based on the comprehensive assessment of current status and progress of urbanization in Three Gorges Reservoir! rea.
